The view from the Twin Room with Balcony was breathtaking, but noise from the nearby beach could be bothersome at night.

The family room at the top featured stunning views and was immaculate, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Having a fridge in the room was a bonus, perfect for keeping drinks cool, although it was too noisy at night, necessitating its shut-off. While the walk up the stairs was a bit tiring, the refreshing sea breeze made it worthwhile. Some street noise did seep in with the window open, typical of a seaside location.

The twin room with a balcony was a fantastic perk, giving us a cozy spot to enjoy the view. The fridge in the room was a nice touch for keeping drinks cold, and we even had fresh milk provided for our tea and coffee.
The shower situation was a bit unusual, located just outside the room, which might not be ideal for everyone, but at least it was clearly marked for our use. While the noise from the street was noticeable with the window open, it's something you might expect being by the sea, so a little compromise comes with the view.

Had a great 4-night stay, with stunning sea views from our room and the best kippers at breakfast! Only downside was the shower being outside the room, but it was manageable.

Fantastic breakfast served with delicious coffee and beautiful ocean views. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations for exploring the area. The location was a perfect seaside getaway, close to charming attractions.
The evenings got a bit noisy with the window open, but it’s part of being near the beachfront.

Just a well-suited match for a quick stopover in Eastbourne with excellent value for money. The shower setup was conveniently placed just a step away, making it easy to access. Definitely turn off the fridge at night if you’re sensitive to noise.
